Polymetamorpheus Warlordy

"...He mimes only men..."

another "Dream Master," this one a novella by the chap who wrote the outline for Dreamscape (1981)

Dreamscape was co-written and produced by Chuck Russell, who also co-wrote and directed Dream Warriors, which has in it the young dream master himself, Laurence "Morpheus" Fishburne
sequel to Dream Warriors is The Dream Master, which introduces to us a character named Alice

The Dream Master
They're here?

Fixing the rabbit ears....

This is the world that I know.
Night of the Lepus on the TV in the background.
Follow the bouncing block.
Dream Warriors... come out to play...

Dreamland/ underworld Alices
another Little Nemo connection to Dream Warriors
The People Under the Stairs (1991); another Wes Craven creation, and another girl named Alice. There's s the Penderecki Threnody to the Victims of Hiroshima on the soundtrack to tie it in with Twin Peaks, like this movie didn't do that already... The "music" makes these two plus The ShiNiNG and The Exorcist, which popularized the use of such sounds, four different stories that all share similar themes of abuse.

Alice in Slumberland
"Round the curve and a big dark horse
Red taillights on his hide is keeping right alongside rev for stride
4th of July

Night Ride Home"

that's another "Dream Master" that came before Fishburne...

Follow the white Alice.
How come Freddy's clothes never got burnt up like his skin?
This is the world you know.

In Dream Warriors the gang use a kind of dream machine to enter the dream world. If anyone is familiar with
what kind, lemme know.
